I spend 90 minutes reading where pressure is fracturing your managers: the point at which targets from above, escalation from below, and unresolved conflict converge on one layer with no structural relief. You leave with the verdict: the fracture named and what it is costing you. The written Fracture Point Readout, one page, board-ready, follows within 48 hours.

This is an examination, not a document. The value is 25 years spent reading where conflict breaks people, applied to your organisation for an afternoon. Brevity is the point. A board does not need forty pages to act.

The Structural Diagnostic
A barrister's written analysis on where your manager layer will fail, and the evidence that you took reasonable steps.
I interview your managers, map the load paths, and deliver a written structural opinion: where conflict and burnout are being manufactured by design rather than by weak individuals, and what will break if nothing changes.

The opinion is drafted to the standard of the profession it came from. For financial services firms preparing for the FCA conduct-rule changes on 1 September 2026, and for law firms managing psychosocial risk under HSE expectations and ISO 45003, it doubles as your contemporaneous evidence that reasonable steps were identified and taken.

A portion of the Diagnostic fee credits against a Structural Architecture engagement taken alongside it or added within 90 days.

The Structural Architecture
The redesign. We rebuild the escalation routes, decision rights and relief valves so the load stops landing on one layer.
Where the Diagnostic names the fault, the Architecture rebuilds the structure. We redesign the escalation paths, decision rights and conflict routes so pressure has somewhere to go other than your managers.
